Josh taught Daerik how to body-slam. He loves it. All we have to do is lay on the ground, and no matter what Daerik is doing, it doesn't seem to interest him anymore because he gets to body-slam. He rushes to us and stands up and slams down on us. He is even laughing before he gets to us. This kid has such a sense of humor and has lots of fun. So do we.

So, Daerik is in the phase of not eating anything unless he eats it himself, so I made him a bowl of cereal let him at it. He is actually quite proficient with the spoon, although he still gets things everywhere. When he was done he proved he is his fathers son by licking the bowl clean. It was hilarious. Needless to say, he needs a bath after he eats every time. I don't think there was one square inch of him or his clothes that didn't have dried cereal on him.
